We founded Boost Learning in September 2022 after making the difficult but exciting decision to step away from classroom teaching. As educators, we loved working with students, but we often felt limited by systems that made it difficult to truly know each child and tailor learning in the most meaningful way.

We started Boost Learning because we believed there was a better model.

At the heart of our work is a simple philosophy: know each child first. Before curriculum, before test prep, before strategies, we prioritize understanding who our students are as learners and as individuals. From there, we personalize every experience by finding an instructor who is a good match and can deliver lessons that are intentional, goal-oriented, and reflective.

We believe students should not just receive instruction. They should be active participants in their own growth. That’s why we involve them in the goal-setting and planning process. When students understand their goals and take ownership of their progress, confidence grows alongside achievement.

What began as a small start-up has continued to grow into a team of passionate instructors who each bring unique expertise while fully embracing our mission and model. Together, we are building a learning environment where students feel seen, challenged, and empowered.
